In this stage of coaching, Eric will work with clients to uncover and question their personal beliefs.
- What are the beliefs that we are holding?
- How do these beliefs support us?
- How do these beliefs harm us?
- Are these beliefs true or false? How do we tell?
- Can we think of more helpful beliefs?
- How and when can we let go of these beliefs?
Clients will do structured exercises regarding these questions. When they have cleared all the beliefs that create issues for their lives, they can move on to the next stage.
